Case: 35203 Category: Nose Job (Rhinoplasty) Age: 24 Weight: 0 Height: NaN Gender: Female Description: This woman had primarily functional concerns to improve her breathing. Often functional and cosmetic problems with the nose are inseparable. She underwent septoplasty, turbinectomy, and placement of cartilage grafts to the nose to provide more support. |
After photos were taken 6 Months after surgery/procedure.

Details: Note before the surgery the middle portion of the nose is narrowed giving an hourglass shape to the nose. This is beacuase the cartilages in the middle of the nose (upper lateral cartilages) are collapsing. Cartilage from the inside septum was used to place grafts on both sides to open the breathing passages. On the outside, this also provides more symmetry to the front view and less of an hourglass shape.

Details: There was not much change to the bridge of the nose. The tip of the nose is more refined.
